As an experienced professional in the field of training and development, Kamarulzaman brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the realm of instructional design and facilitation. With a passion for empowering individuals to become effective trainers, he is poised to lead an impactful 5-day HRDC TTT workshop. He holds an Economics Degree from Bradford University, United Kingdom.

A Member of FIMM and a Certified & Accredited HRDC Trainer to conduct training under HRDC training schemes. He has been a Train-the-Trainer facilitator since 2011 and had successfully led PSMB Certified TTT workshops since 2011 and many other TTT Programmes in TLDM, Felda, Felcra and NGOs.

Kamalrul brings with him a 20-year track record of experience in instructional design, facilitating and delivering dynamic training programs across diverse industries that can contribute to the effectiveness of our TTT team. Known for his engaging and interactive training style, Kamalrul creates an environment that foster active participation, group dynamics for collaborative skill development and learning.

His workshops consistently receive high praise for effectiveness, interactivity, relevance, as reflected in participant TTT evaluations. In short, Kamarul has trained more than 6,000 people to improve, upskill and reskill themselves to be better version of themselves.

Yohana Alsagoff is a HRDF Certified Trainer since 2019, carries an array of experience which ranges from broadcasting to marketing to financial industry. My mission is to always “Transfer & Transform” participants whenever I can, in order to explore higher possibilities & performance, individually or in a company, hopefully in future, nationwide.

A UiTM Media Studies graduate, Yohana is passionate about self-development and financial literacy that has made her the Head of Shariah Portfolio Management in one the prominent financial literacy groups in Malaysia. She has been actively involved in training and coaching for sales skill sets, financial management and self- development where she applies Gretchen Rubin's Four Tendencies Framework and Dr. Hartman's Colour Code Personality to understand and engage with her team and participants effectively.

She believes that everyone is driven by motivation and this has become her calling to inspire and unlock one's fullest potential.

“Givers gain” is the philosophy that resonates my heart the most, and knowledge which I believe, is the best asset and investment where the more we share, the more we gain. My passion to share knowledge started since I was an undergraduate when I was pursuing my bachelor degree in the National University of Malaysia (U.K.M), as a part-time tuition teacher.

After graduated as a Biochemist, I took up the challenges and engaged myself in a diverse field from science to business administration. In my working life, apart from my core job function as the HOD of Sales & Marketing and one of the key people in the management, I also played the role of an internal trainer. My passion to teach and learn deepened over the years. I decided to become a full-time trainer while continuing learning after more than 20 years in employment.

Being a passionate learner, besides getting certified as a Licensed NLP Coach and MBA, I am also embarking on a journey in pursuing the DBA (Doctor of Business Administration). Hence, the HRDC TTT programme is my favourite as it allows me to share and inspire others, to grow and progress together. We all gain in the teaching and learning processes

My journey with Learning & Development started a long time ago, way back in 1986 when I took up a temporary teaching job. My students were very exceptional – they were all either blind or had severe visual handicap. Being with them made me realize that everyone could learn and that you only need to device the correct methods to make them learn best.

What I did not realize was the fact that this experience played a big part in my journey towards becoming a lifelong learner. Today, I find a huge amount of satisfaction when I am with my participants, engaging them in learning activities and continuing to grow with them.

I obtained a formal training certification from HRDF, and also armed myself with a Coaching and NLP certification. All these are only the beginning of the next step of my journey to be amongst the best and to help produce the best.
